Hideo Yamasaki
He continuously supports pilgrims on their journeys. He also currently serves as the route planner and navigator for the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage Association’s official program, “Walking the Shikoku Pilgrimage with Kobo Daishi,” making him an expert on the Shikoku pilgrimage. -
Johannes Elze
As a nomad for over 20 years, working as a web and graphic designer and photographer, I was searching for a path that united spiritual depth and physical experience. Today, I continue to walk and document the pilgrimage while developing practical guidance for future pilgrims. -
Kayoko Ochi
I began the Shikoku pilgrimage in my 50s, praying for my bedridden husband's recovery. As I continued to walk, I received the official title of "Daisendatsu" (Grand Master Guide) and began to dream of opening my own settai station. After six years of searching for the right land, I established "Osettai Salon Kayo-chan-chi" in my hometown of Kuma Kogen Town.
